At The Willows, we believe in honouring each child as an individual. Our goal is to inspire a sense of wonder in the world around them and empower them with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive independently, socially, and academically. Our aim is to instill confidence in every child, guiding them towards a life lived boldly and authentically.
Garden Program
(18 months - 3.5 years)
​The Willows Garden programme is all about sparking creativity and hands-on learning.
When children arrive they start their day with free play. Then they gather with their teacher for a welcoming circle before diving into activities. They select tasks they're interested in from the shelves and explore new concepts with their teacher using Montessori materials.
After tidying up, it's time for a communal and sociable lunch, following our simple and healthy lunchbox policy. After lunch, children enjoy more free play until it's time for a story and home at 12:30
Park Program
(3.5 - 6 years)
At Willows Park, children start their day outdoors in our expansive playground.
Afterward, they gather for a friendly morning circle before diving into a variety of activities. With five learning areas to explore—Practical, Sensorial, Cultural, Maths, and Language—children enjoy individual or small group learning sessions where teachers provide personalised attention. Following a tidy-up and lunchtime, children engage in free play until it's time for a story and home at 1 pm.
Our 6-year-olds visit our Primary school three times a week for sports, drama, activities and play, fostering stimulation and integration. We prioritise connecting children with nature, encouraging interaction with our free-range chickens, rabbits and guinea pigs. Additionally, children participate in recycling projects, such as making eco bricks from plastic waste.
